Planning Your Event

When thinking about your budget for your event it is important to consider the following:

The Food: The quality of your food is never compromised when considering your budget. The type of food served can vary in price, but never in quality. We use the finest organic ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. When it comes to cost considerations for food, the biggest factors are how the food is to be served and the quantity and variety of food to be prepared. Food prepared for the café is generally more economically priced, but custom prepared options provide more flexibility and uniqueness. Food is generally priced per person.

Beverages: We offer a large variety of beverage options. Filtered water with lemon slices in carafes is provided at 3 star and above events. Alcohol service: we are not bonded and licensed for this. We can help you make other arrangements to accommodate this need, as well as advise you on how to do this yourself.

Servers: the cost of service depends on the complexity of services needed. Labor includes loading and unloading of van, and unloading and washing of all serving items. Other factors that determine amount of service needed:

General staffing requirements:

No gratuity is automatically added, but will be gladly accepted by our staff.

Equipment: This includes everything from tables and chairs to utensils, and tableclothes. Depending on the size of your event and the number of people attending, this price can range from 5-25% of the total cost of your event. When larger equipment is needed, such as tents and dance floors, this cost may be much more.

Presentation And Delivery

The number of stars indicated on the sample menus give you an idea which meals lend themselves to which presentation and delivery.

In 3 star catering and above, we supply all platters, baskets, standard chafing dishes and creative décor to creative a gorgeous table design. We are happy to create themed centerpieces and can integrate any special items or decorations.

All additional equipment rentals are handled through third-party rental companies and can be coordinated through us at additional charge, or handled by you. Tablecloths are available to rent through us, many colors available. Overlays are are also available.

Above one star catering, all prices include basic disposable ware. Better quality disposables in a variety of colors are available, as well as durable ware at extra cost.
