Holy Cow Foods is a family-owned organic food enterprise located in Eugene, Oregon. It was founded in 1990 by Anton Ferreira and Katherine Lavine when we settled in the Northwest after traveling extensively.
We offer outrageously delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine from around the world. Our goal is to support organic farmers and to help people to make food choices that are healthier for them and for the planet.
We operate the Holy Cow Restaurant in Eugene, OR, the Holy Cow Café on the campus of the University of Oregon, and we make a line of products, which can be found in natural food stores throughout the state. Sometimes we can be found at festivals, and we cater for some of the finest people in our community.
